Settings we Cover

At RTC Resources, we support individuals within the community who have special needs.

For example Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Downs Syndrome, Complex needs, Challenging Behaviour, Speech and Language Difficulties.

We also support individuals with Physical disabilities/ physical health needs like Cerebral Palsy, sight and hearing impairment’s, Epilepsy, Diabetes and similar.

Fully trained, experienced and skilful staff

We provide social care support to individuals as well as their families; we have fully trained, experienced and skilful staff that we allocate to families in order to provide families with some respite care.

This care includes taking individuals out for activities that they love and enjoy! Learning new skills or improving on their skills, spending time with them in their home environment, assisting with appointments, managing and supporting their every day living in accordance with their person-centred care plan.

We provide choice and promote independence, demonstrating high quality care at all times.

Continuity of care

We assess individuals to ensure that we can meet their needs and then match them up with the best staff member/s to meet their needs, preferences and to suit their interests.

We aim to provide continuity of care by keeping the same carer allocated to the individual unless any unforseen circumstances occur and it is needed to change.

Specialist SocialCare Staff and Tutors

We also provide SEN tutors to individuals within the community who cannot access schools/colleges as they cannot learn within this enviornment or because a suitable school or college cannot be found to meet their needs.

Our tutors then provide learning around their interests and their skills needed for improvement in accordance with their EHCP’s, learning conducted within their home environment or within a hired room within the local area.
