RTC Resources are a people focused care provider who pride themselves on being a solid support mechanism for families across London and the home counties. Our main office is based in Croydon with local and quick links to M25.
Being people focused, we pour our resources into the development of the service user and their families in attempt to achieve their outcomes and assisting in their constant progression. We are working with several Local Authorities within London and surrounding counties.
Supporting Special needs
At RTC Resources, we support individuals within the community who have special needs e.g. Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Downs Syndrome, Complex needs, Challenging Behaviour, Speech and Language Difficulties. We also support individuals with Physical disabilities/ physical health needs like Cerebral Palsy, sight and hearing impairments, Epilepsy, Diabetes etc.
What separates us from other agencies is that we hand pick support staff who are qualified, who have been extensively trained within their field of work, we try to match some of the qualities of our excellent collection of Support Staff to ensure that our services users are happy and achieve the best outcomes. We provide bespoke package’s for our service users and ensure to work in a person-centred way.
Respite care includes taking individuals out for activities that they love and enjoy! Learning new skills or improving on their skills, spending time with them in their home environment, assisting with appointments, managing and supporting their everyday living in accordance to their person-centred care plan. We provide choice and promote independence, demonstrating high quality care at all times.
Continuity of care
We assess individuals to ensure that we can meet their needs and then best match candidates to meet their needs, preferences and to suit their interests. We aim to provide a continuity of care by providing the same candidate to families, unless any unforeseen circumstances occur and it is needed to change. We are flexible in being able to meet changing needs of service users.
We provide SEN tutors to individuals within the community who cannot access schools/colleges due to many reasons. Some reasons can be that the individual cannot learn within a structured environment or because a suitable school or college cannot be found to meet their needs. Our tutors provide tutoring around their interests and their skills needed for improvement in accordance with their EHCP’s.
We are very flexible with our contact and can facilitate our services via direct payment schemes, commissioned panel approved packages and private bookings.
We ensure that we meet the outcomes desired for the service users and their families and request sessional feedback from our clients and candidates in order to keep professionals abreast with how each arrangement is going.
