There are many different areas of support we can facilitate such as Autism, Learning Disabilities, Downs Syndrome, Challenging Behaviours, Physical Disabilities, Family Support, Supervised Contact, 1:1 and 2:1 Direct Support, SEN Educational Tutoring, Support in care homes and School Escorts.
Support in the community
Some families just want extra support within their homes, to lend a helping hand, to provide some respite for the families by accompanying service users out for activities in the community or within their homes depending on the need.
We are very flexible with our contact and can facilitate our services via direct payment schemes, commissioned panel approved packages and private bookings.
Person-centred outcomes
We ensure that we meet the person-centred outcomes desired for the service users and their families and request sessional feedback from our Support Workers in order to keep professionals abreast with how each arrangement is going as well as 3 monthly feedbacks from our carers, families, individuals.
Hand picked support staff
What separates us from other agencies is that we hand pick support staff who have been extensively trained within their field of work, having relevant qualifications and experience.
We also ensure that our staff have mandatory trainings, their compliance is checked by our compliance officer to ensure that this is in accordance to regulations and we supervise our staff on a 6-8 weekly basis.
Solid support structure
We match some of the qualities of our excellent collection of support staff to ensure that our services users are happy and achieve the best outcomes specifically to them.
Our support workers are outcome orientated and are enthusiastic as well as dedicated to build strong relationships with individuals as well as their families/guardians and they provide solid support structure for the service users.
