We are looking for tutor for one specific client to work within the community to work with his EHCP. The client already has a timetable and routine; woodlands, gym, swimming, cooking, arts and crafts, going to the library and sensory activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We can offer you a competitive rate. starting from \u00a320.00 – \u00a325.00 per hour!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Updating patients\u2019 charts and daily notes to keep track of their progress<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Listening to patients and providing them with relevant feedback and support<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Supporting individuals to meet targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Using different communication methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7Organising lessons and weekly timetables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Being responsible for the well-being and safety of patients under care<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Interacting respectfully with patients and their relatives, building a strong relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Keep all matters related to patients or their families confidential at all times<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 In the case of serious side effects or health-related issues, notify the patient\u2019s family\/guardian and the management team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Observe, monitor and record clients’ physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Encourage clients to participate in social, learning and recreational activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Liaising with management as necessary<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Working towards specific outcomes for each individual<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Providing person-centred care<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Providing respite care for families<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a Tutor you will need to hold the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 At least 6 months experience within UK as an SEN Tutor or Teacher within a Special needs school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
. Autism Training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
. PMVA Training- if possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
. Teaching Qualification<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Right to work in the UK<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Be able to provide x2 references covering the last 1 year\u2019s employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 DBS In date preferably on the update service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
