Support Worker job description:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Updating daily notes to keep track of their progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Activities within the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Being responsible for the well-being and safety of patients under care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Interacting respectfully with the family of the individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Keep all matters related to patients or their families confidential at all times<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 In the case of any health concerns; notify the patient\u2019s family\/guardian and the management team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Observe, monitor and record clients’ physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Liaising with management as necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Working towards specific outcomes for each individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Providing person-centred care<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Providing respite care for families<\/p>\n\n\n\n
. Accessing the community with individuals as needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a Support Worker you will need to hold the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 At least 6 months experience within UK<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Right to work in the UK<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Be able to provide x2 references covering the last 1 year\u2019s employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
